Self Serve
In the self serve tier, our team is available Monday-Friday to answer any questions via campaignsupport@creator.co. You will be responsible for running all day to day operations including recruitment and campaign management.
Start-Up
In the start up tier, your campaign specialists will run and manage all creator recruitment, as well as ideating new campaigns that are aligned with your brands long term goals.
You will be responsible for:
1. Negotiating & communicating with creators and
2. Managing timelines for receiving content.
Trailblazer
In the trailblazer tier, your campaign specialist will play a significant role in day to day operations. This includes a pre-campaign SWOT & competitor analysis. We will also manage all recruitment & creator negotiation, managing timelines for receiving content, and ideating new campaigns that are aligned with your brands long term goals. You will be in a slack channel with your Account Manager for seamless communication.
You will be responsible for:
1. Approving creators
2. Assigning budget as needed
Bespoke
In the bespoke tier, your campaign specialist will act as an extension of your Marketing team. This includes a pre-campaign SWOT & competitor analysis, full recruitment & creator negotiation, managing timelines for receiving content, and ideating new campaigns that are aligned with your brands long term goals. We will also run experiential campaigns for you, showcasing creators going out and purchasing your product to increase in-store sell through. You will be in a slack channel with your Account Manager for seamless communication.
