Campaign Images
Images are great visuals assets you can use throughout your campaign brief.
Hero Images will be the first image that is displayed on your campaign and what is presented to the creators on the Collaboration Hub. We recommend this image being of your product/service offered to the creators in the campaign. The only requirements of this image is to be square (1:1 ratio) and have a white background.
Gallery Images can then support your Hero image. We always recommend these images being of high quality and display your product/service/brand well!
Inspirational Images are the images you can provide guidance to the creators with, when making their own content.
Product + Campaign Description
The Product Description will be simply what the creator will receive from participating in your campaign. We recommend this only being 1-2 sentences long.
Within the Campaign Description you will be able to go into more detail about your overall campaign. We recommend including more information such as:
- Your product/services features and benefits
- Your product/services USP
- Overall campaign purpose and theme
- What the creators will gain from their collaboration with your brand
Deliverables
The deliverables you select will be dependent on the platform selected for your campaign.
Instagram deliverable options:
- Post (static images)
- Reel
- Video
- Story
Tiktok deliverable option: Video
YouTube deliverable options: Video or YouTube Shorts
We always recommend to select only 1 big form of in feed content as your deliverable. For example: 1 Reel for an Instagram Campaign.
If you are after more than 1 Deliverables, we do recommend the use of 1 Story as an additional deliverable. For example: 1 Reel + 1 Story for an Instagram Campaign. Creators will be more likely to do 1 Story alongside 1 in feed piece of content, as the story promotes their new post, and is temporary (24 hours).
We always recommend referring to our industry pricing guide while drafting your campaign, to understand what creators typically get paid depending on their following and the type of content they create.
Visuals and Themes
Your Visuals and Themes can be one of the most important parts of your campaign brief. This is where you can give detailed guidance to the creators when creating their content. This can explain your clear vision or if you want the creators to have full creative freedom.
Visual Instruction possibilities:
- The length of the Reel/Video
- How many images to include
- Specific shots
- What to specifically not include: eg. other brand logos
- If a voiceover/subtitles are needed to be included
- Talking points, opinions/reviews or product features and benefits to highlight (voice over)
- Including their face
- Story specific instructions (if a story is a deliverable): eg. including a link/URL
Theme Instruction possibilities:
- Overall campaign theme: Christmas, Summer, Fathers Day
- Content style: GRWM, Day in the life, daily vlogs, morning routine, date night, adventure, recipe idea
Creator Requirements
We recommend selecting realistic and feasible creator requirements based on your campaign strategy, requested campaign deliverables and the compensation the creators will receive from participating in your campaign.
Tips when setting your creator requirements:
Age Range: We always recommend not having to small of an age range
Minimum Followers: This will be determined by your campaign budget and the size of the creators you would like to work with: Nano, Micro, Macro
Minimum Engagement: We always recommend 1.5% as a great engagement rate to ask for. Allows more opt ins and also creators who have a decently engaged audience
