- Passive Recruitment (Organic opt-ins from our community)
- Active Recruitment (Using the internal search tool)
We always recommend Active Recruitment for the best results. Passive recruitment is a great added bonus, but active outreach is the most effective way to find the right influencers for your brand or campaign.
Passive Recruitment: Organic Opt-Ins from the Collaboration Hub
Once your campaign brief is live, it’s published to the Creator.co Collaboration Hub, which is home to a community of over 250,000 creators. These creators can browse campaigns that match their niche, audience, and engagement levels, and opt in if they’re interested.

- No manual outreach involved, creators apply to your campaign directly
- Available to all brands on Creator.co
- Passive recruitment is only available to public campaigns. You will have to use the active recruit method if you choose to unlist your campaign.

- Creator applications appear in the Pending tab of your dashboard
- You, or your account manager, can review opt-ins and select a shortlist of creators you can reach out to.
Active Recruitment: Using the Internal Search Tool
Active Recruitment is the most effective way to ensure campaign success. Using our internal search tool, you (or your account manager) can proactively build lists and reach out to creators that align with your goals.
You’ll gain access to a global database of over 400 million influencers across platforms.

- Build targeted weekly lists of creators perfect for your campaign
- Personalized email outreach to gauge interest and drive opt-ins
