The Shopify Order Creation feature enables brands to create Shopify orders seamlessly and efficiently, all from the convenience of their dedicated dashboards within our platform.
To setup the Shopify Order Creation, please follow the steps below:
- Start by clicking Account in your dashboard
- Scroll down to the Shopify section
- Click Connect Store, you’ll be directed to Creator.co - Creator.co | Shopify App Store and install the app to your store
Note: you’ll need admin access to the store that you’d like to connect to complete this process,
- After installing the app you’ll see the following screen, hit “Get Started” to continue
- If you have multiple brands, before hitting “Connect My Store” make sure that you’ve selected the correct brand
- Otherwise, you can just hit “Connect My Store” to continue
- Once connected you should now see the connected store in your brand’s account settings
- You’ll now have the ability to create orders for activated creators within your campaign by hitting “Create Order” on their opt-in
- When you hit “Create Order” you’ll be able to select from the connected store’s list of products and search for a specific product, once you’ve selected which product(s) you want to send hit next
- On the next screen you can confirm that the shipping information is correct. Note that the email address is the one that the order confirmation email will be sent to from shopify so if you’re testing and don’t want the user to receive an email be sure to change this. Hit place order to continue
- Once the order is placed you’ll see it within your store's order list with a status of “unfulfilled”
12. The creator will also receive a confirmation email where they can view their order details and track their shipment once the product has been shipped
Hitting view order will lead them to the following order details page
- You can review the order details as well as create a new order by hitting the “Order Details” button
