How to Assign a Coupon Code to a Creator

Before assigning coupon codes, make sure you have completed the following setup steps:

⚙️ Required Setup

• Your affiliate program is integrated with Creator.co.
  We currently support CJ, Rakuten, Awin, and Impact.

• You have created your coupon codes inside your affiliate network platform.

Step 1: Open the Opt-In

1. Navigate to your Campaigns tab.

2. Click into the opt-in for the Creator you want to assign a coupon code to.

Step 2: Go to Affiliate Coupon Management

1. Inside the selected opt-in, find Affiliate Coupon Management.

2. Click Assign Coupons.

All available coupon codes from your integrated affiliate program will be shown here.

Step 3: Assign a Coupon Code

• Choose the coupon code you want to assign.

• Click Assign to attach it to the Creator.

⚠️ Important:
Each coupon code can only be assigned to one Creator.
Once a code is assigned, it will no longer be available for other Creators.

Step 4: Understanding Commission Tracking

• Any commission earned through the assigned coupon code will appear under your Affiliate (AF) tab.

• At this time, the dashboard cannot distinguish whether a commission came from a coupon code or an affiliate link.
  All affiliate sales and commissions are displayed together.
