How to Create and Send Outreach Sequences – Help Center | Brands

The Outreach tab allows you to generate personalized email sequences to creators at scale. You can use AI to automatically generate tailored messages for each influencer, or build a manual sequence yourself.

Step 1: Select Your Campaign and Influencer List

Head to the Matching tab.
Select the campaign you want to recruit for.
Choose the influencer list you would like to invite.

Once selected, navigate to the Outreach tab to begin building your sequence.

Step 2: Choose AI or Manual Sequence

You’ll have two options:

Generate AI Sequence – Automatically creates personalized messages for each influencer.
Create Manual Sequence – Write and customize each email yourself.

Creating an AI Sequence

When you click Generate AI Sequence, the platform will create a tailored sequence for every influencer based on their profile and content.

Previewing Messages

Select an influencer’s name.
A dropdown will appear showing all influencers in your selected list.
Click through different creators to preview their personalized messages.
Review as many as you’d like until you’re happy with the tone and structure.

Regenerating Messages

If you’re not satisfied with a message:

Click Regenerate.
A new version of the email will be generated for review.

You can regenerate individual emails within the sequence as needed.

Customizing Your Sequence

You can add up to 5 emails in a single sequence.
Each email can be scheduled with a custom time interval (e.g., 3 days after the previous email).
You can adjust messaging before saving.

Once you’re happy with your sequence:

Click Save Draft.
When ready, toggle the sequence on to begin sending.

Sequence Performance Tracking

Each sequence includes performance metrics so you can measure results:

Number of emails sent
Open rate
Reply rate
Opt-in rate
Date created

These insights help you optimize future outreach efforts.
