The Inbox is where you can view and manage all of your conversations with influencers in one centralized place. Messages shown in the Inbox are the same conversations you see within individual campaigns, making it easy to stay organized without switching tabs.
Accessing the Inbox
You can access the Inbox directly from your dashboard. It contains all chat conversations associated with your campaigns, across different statuses.
Filtering conversations by campaign status
You can choose how much you want to see at once:
Active campaigns only – view conversations tied to currently active campaigns
All campaign statuses – view conversations from active, completed, cancelled, and past campaigns
This helps you focus on current collaborations or review historical conversations when needed.
Searching conversations
The Inbox includes powerful search tools to help you quickly find specific messages or creators.
You can search by:
Influencer status (e.g. Pending, Activated, Completed)
Chat content (keywords or phrases used in messages)
This is useful if you’re trying to locate a specific conversation or reference a past discussion.
Viewing unread messages only
Toggle Unread Only to display only messages you haven’t opened yet.
This helps you quickly catch up on new creator responses without scrolling through older conversations.
Using split view
Enable Split View to focus exclusively on the influencer’s messages.
When Split View is on:
You’ll see only the chat messages
Opt-in and campaign details are hidden
This is helpful when reviewing content, feedback, or longer conversations without distractions.
Editing chat templates
From the Inbox, you can also access and edit your chat templates.
This allows you to quickly update saved responses and keep your messaging consistent across campaigns.
