Bulk Chat Messages

Bulk messaging allows you to send a single message to multiple creators at the same time, helping you communicate more efficiently across campaigns.

This feature is available in both the Opt-In tab and the Inbox.

Choosing where to send bulk messages

You can access bulk messaging from:

• The Opt-In tab

• The Inbox

Both locations support selecting multiple creators and sending a single message to all selected recipients.

Selecting recipients

There are two ways to choose who receives your message:

• Select All
  Use the Select All checkbox to include all creators in the current view.

• Manual Selection
  Select individual creators if you only want to message specific people.

You can deselect any creators before sending the message.

Sending your message

• Click the Bulk Message button in the chat menu

• Write your message or use a message template

• Personalize messages using placeholders (such as creator names)

Once sent, the message will be delivered to all selected creators.
