Notifications for Content Uploads

Brand users can receive notifications when creators upload content for review directly in chat. This helps ensure content submissions aren’t missed and keeps reviews moving smoothly.

Email Notifications for Content Uploads

Brand users may receive email notifications for activity across the platform, including:

• Search Tool Invites

• Chat Notifications

• File Uploads

When File Upload notifications are enabled, brand users will receive an email whenever a creator uploads content (images or videos) in the chat inbox.

To enable this feature:

1. Head to account settings.
2. Toggle on File Upload under notification settings.

Viewing uploaded content in campaigns

Content submitted by creators is accessible directly within each campaign.

Content Tab updates

• Content Previews
  No longer appears in the dropdown menu.

• Chat Uploads
  All content uploaded by creators via chat appears here.

  • A counter next to Chat Uploads indicates how many new files have been uploaded

  • New uploads are marked with an orange dot

  • Once the file is downloaded, the orange dot is removed

This allows brand users to quickly identify new submissions and track what has already been reviewed.
