How do I score creators?
Brands can score creators at the end of each campaign to evaluate performance and help inform future collaborations. Creator scoring is the final step in the campaign workflow and follows the same process you’re already familiar with.
Instead of a single overall rating, creators are evaluated across four key categories to provide a more detailed and balanced assessment.
Creator Rating Categories
When scoring a creator, you’ll rate them in the following areas:
1. Content Quality
Evaluate the overall quality of the content delivered by the creator.
2. Creativity
Assess how creative and engaging the creator’s approach was for your campaign.
3. Communication
Rate how effectively the creator communicated throughout the partnership.
4. Overall Satisfaction
Indicate your overall experience working with the creator.
How scoring works
Scoring takes place as the final step of the campaign
Each category is scored individually
The final creator score is calculated based on all four categories
You can see each creator's previous scores in the opt-in tab.

Both brands and creators have access to the same scoring guidelines to ensure transparency and clarity.
