Our free trial gives you access to Creator so you can explore the platform, build your first campaign, and see how campaigns run before committing to a paid subscription.
Here is what is included, what is limited, and what happens when your trial ends.
How Long Is the Free Trial?
The free trial lasts 14 days from the moment you complete checkout.
Your trial begins once you:
Create your account
Verify your email
Complete checkout and add a valid payment method
You will not be charged at sign up. Your payment method is securely stored and will only be charged at the end of your trial if you choose to continue.
What Is Included in the Free Trial?
During your trial, you can use the platform to:
Build and launch a campaign
Match with creators
Create outreach sequences
Track campaign activity and performance
Free Trial Limitations
To keep the trial lightweight while still letting you experience the workflow, a few actions are restricted during the free trial.
You can only run gifted campaigns
During your trial, campaigns are limited to gifted collaborations. Paid or commission-based activations are not available during the trial.
You cannot add funds to your Wallet
Adding money to your Wallet is disabled during the free trial.
You cannot purchase additional credits
You will receive a set number of credits to try the platform, but you cannot buy extra credits during the free trial.
If you attempt to add funds or purchase more credits, you will see an in app message explaining that the action is available after upgrading.
What Happens When the Trial Ends?
When your 14 day trial reaches zero:
If you have not cancelled, your subscription will automatically begin
Your saved payment method will be charged
Your account will continue uninterrupted
Can I Cancel During the Trial?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
Can I Extend My Trial?
In some cases, trial extensions are available.
You can extend your trial if both of the following are true:
You have launched a campaign
You have had active influencers for at least one week
If you are eligible, the option to extend will appear on your dashboard near the end of your trial. The extension will last for 7 days. You will be charged at the end of the 7 days if you have not cancelled the trial.
